Convergence keynote

Conference keynote for a global software launch — clear story structure, strong visual hierarchy, executive-level polish.

The brief was a finished slide deck. The work started earlier than that: the argument was in the wrong order and three slides were doing one slide’s job.

Restructure first, design second

The keynote was rebuilt around a single claim per section, with the ask moved out of the appendix and into the middle where the room was still awake. Then the visual system — type scale, chart treatment, photo handling — was set once and applied across the track so every session presenter inherited it.

Result

600K video views across the session series, and a template the marketing team reused for the following year without a designer in the loop.
