How I work

Fast to start. Clear at every step.

01

Brief

We start with a short intake call to define the assignment, the audience, the constraints, and what success looks like. No vague starts.

02

Build

I design, write, and iterate in focused rounds. You review at clear checkpoints — not at the very end when changes are expensive.

03

Deliver

Assets in the formats your team actually needs, with a short handoff note. Ready to deploy, not just ready to review.

Creative friction audit

Your process might be the bottleneck.

Most creative rework doesn't start in design. It starts with a vague ask, an unclear audience, or a hidden decision-maker. The Creative Friction Audit shows exactly where your work is slowing down.

  • A map of where creative work gets stuck — intake, briefs, approvals, handoffs
  • Three high-impact fixes your team can act on immediately
  • One practical template or AI prompt pack to start the repair
  • Optional: Audit + Repair Sprint, or full BriefPilot workflow install

About Scott

Your marketing gets senior creative direction — without the full-time overhead.

I've spent 20+ years building and running creative operations for B2B, Healthcare and Financial companies — most of that as the sole senior creative at Loftware, a global SaaS company operating in 15+ markets. I've directed everything from brand strategy to motion video to AI-assisted production workflows.

What I'm not: a large agency with long onboarding, a junior freelancer, or a tool-demo consultant. What I am: someone who can get into your work fast, diagnose what's slowing it down, and produce assets that look right and work hard.
