A two-idea pitch for a trade show that was already planned. Six slides, no rework, and a clear ask at the end.

The event plan was already locked. Nobody wanted to hear about starting over, so the deck did not ask them to. It opened by saying the plan was fine, then added two promotions that ran alongside it.
